KPC Premixes

Hello. I was a little discouraged last night with how out of shape I am in in regards to cardio. I was doing C&W cardio only and didn't make it very far!! I was hoping to do one of the premixes from KPC. Can anybody tell me which might be the easiest for right now til I get my cardio endurance built back up?

I think I would just do the first part of KPC, cardio conditioning, and see how you feel. Its easier to modify than a step tape and make it very low impact and a smaller range of motion to start with. The KPC/leg glute premixes are prettty intense like circuit max level so not a good place to start back. I did the cardio conditioning when I was recovering from bronchitis and was able to modify it down and still have a lot of fun with it.
