KPC or CK for obliques

I would like an intense cardio kickboxing video but I dont know which one to get. Which one would better target my waistline? Its so aggravating. I am toned all over nicely except for my sides. I eat right, work out 5 days a week including cardio, but still slim to no results. It doesnt match with the rest of my body! I read that kickboxing is great for this. But which one?
 
I can't say enough about KPC! I definitely feel this one through my whole body, including the core/oblique area. This is a much more serious kickboxing workout than Cardio Kicks - there is far less of the hi-lo flavor that I find to be in CK. You will work everything in this video. There are lots of kicks, knee lifts, punches (which can really work your core if you are holding it properly while punching), and OH those hammer punches!

Editing back in to add that while I prefer KPC to CK, there are some great intensity drills at the end of CK that last about 15 minutes or so. They make a really nice add-on to another cardio workout.
 
Thanks! That helps a lot. I was looking for something that was more intense, not so much of the hi/lo and drills. I took a look at the video clips, but I was still a bit torn between which one. I think Im going to go for the KPC.
