kpc/lg dvd How to change sound?

Please inform me how to change the sound on this dvd. i had the video and I just got the dvd so I already have it memorized I would love the music only (#3 I think) version but I can't find how or where they let you change it. Thanks so much for your help!!

Hey Brendazzzzz!
You're the one that I bought the cd from right? Tooo funny! No I haven't figured it out yet. Today I did the extreme (standing only) version of legs and glutes. I did the cardio part of kpc afterwards but i really think that the legs and glutes can count as cardio too.
The cd works great! Thanks again!!

Is there an "audio" button on your DVD remote? You can change between different audio options by pushing this when the workout is playing.

On the DVD itself, when you choose to play the program, you are automatically taken to a menu screen that offers you the option of "Normla Mix" "Vocals only" or "Music louder mix'." Highlight the option you want by using the 'up/down' controls on your remote, and press "enter."

You don't get the music options when playing the premixes, just when you play each workout "as is."
