Yeah awhile back, is it the 83 minute workout? I do not have the attention span to work a bodypart that long anymore, but I recall it being pretty tough-have fun.
If you're talking about the 82 minute premix you'll love it. I hate kickboxing so I rarely do that premix anymore but man oh man is it killer. I am always sore for days after I do that one!
Thanks guys I'm not doing the 82 minutes or 83 minutesx( unless its BM2 Scrambled Eggs that's my favorite all time longggg cardio. The one I'm referring too, it's only 61 minutes longs Kickbox Drills and Standing Legs Work, I never done both combinations before, I let you know
My Bag x( When I got home and previewed it wasn’t the workout I was referring to. However, this morning, I ended up doing the Kickboxing Drills and I did L&G standing work. I remember previewing the premixes and you’d do kickboxing and then onto L&G and back to kickboxing and so on. Guess me:+ have to find the workout it really is a tough combo. Thanks guys.
