I'm just about to put in another (and hopefully my final) GIANT order for a bunch of Cathe's DVDs that I don't have in my collection yet. I'm wondering whether Kick, Punch & Crunch / Legs & Glutes is a necessity. I'm not a huge fan of kickboxing (only have tried Kick Max a couple of times and it hurt my knees) and I've got B&G, Pyramid Lower, and am ordering GS Legs and S&H. Is there anything in Legs & Glutes that I wouldn't be getting by substituting one of these other workouts? I'm going to try to follow Cathe's monthly rotations as best I can and am getting almost all of her videos so I don't have to sub, but this one doesn't sound too necessary. Thoughts?
