KPC / Legs & Glutes DVD

I'm just about to put in another (and hopefully my final) GIANT order for a bunch of Cathe's DVDs that I don't have in my collection yet. I'm wondering whether Kick, Punch & Crunch / Legs & Glutes is a necessity. I'm not a huge fan of kickboxing (only have tried Kick Max a couple of times and it hurt my knees) and I've got B&G, Pyramid Lower, and am ordering GS Legs and S&H. Is there anything in Legs & Glutes that I wouldn't be getting by substituting one of these other workouts? I'm going to try to follow Cathe's monthly rotations as best I can and am getting almost all of her videos so I don't have to sub, but this one doesn't sound too necessary. Thoughts?

Yep, yep yep, it is a NECESSITY!! I am not a huge fan of kickboxing either, but this dvd is SO fantastic. I try to get it in about once ever week or two just to cross train. It's really fun--the most kickbutt premix is the KPC/L&G 82 minute premix. It's killer. I can't walk for days after doing it.

I would highly recommend you purchase this one! Go for it!

p.s. we're all enablers here so it's rare that you'll have someone tell you NOT to get one of Cathe's dvds....sorry! :)

Haha, that's so true. My husband's going to have a fit when I tell him how much all of this cost, but at least I think this is my last purchase. After this I've got almost all of them from 2001 until now (already pre-ordered my 4-day split like a good girl!). Luckily I've got some leeway because I ordered all the new Firm stuff and then decided to send it back so I can just use that money (plus some more since I'm getting so much) to pay for finishing my Cathe collection. I'm so excited! Here's what I'm getting:

-All three Hardcore workouts
-SJ&P/SB
-KPC/L&G (since you convinced me!)
-RS/Imax/MIC
-PH/MIS/BM
-Slow & Heavy

You're going to love KPC/L&G! L&G is my favorite leg workout and KPC is the best kickboxing workout and there are so many premixes to choose from. The music is great too. I'm sure you'll be very happy with all your purchases.

I also second L&G. It's a great allover leg workout done in 51 mins. I know I've worked my legs hard when I've done it. And I love the atmosphere on this one. Cathe is on really good form.
 
I'm already glad I added it to my order. And actually, I'm hoping that the more I try kickboxing, the better at it I'll get and hopefully I'll enjoy it more.
