Hi Cathe. STS is absolutely great. I tend to get bored so quick, and having a new workout every day for three months has got me excited about working out again! Starting week 2 of your rotation including cardio. My question is about form when doing lunges. I have knee pain from a poor "Q angle". I'm told the more I build my legs the better it will be. When I do elevated lunges or one-legged squats (Butts and Guts), I tend to have knee pain in my NON WORKING knee. It doesn't seem to matter how great my form, how far out I step with my working leg, etc. Any suggestions? I'm also curious how you are going to outdo STS in 2009?! Thanks!
