I have been having a slight trouble with my left knee and after last nights storm I banged my knee when I went out to try to secure some things and now I am in so much pain I can't even walk. can't wait till my doctors appointment on Monday so I am going to call and see if he can fix it took a pain pill and no relief from the pain, so I will be taking a break from workingout till my knee heals.
