I don't know Reba. A lot of this routine is squats, plie squats, sit and stand squats. I have bad knees that seem to be getting better and better these days with my glucosamine supplements. I just did this tape yesterday with 40 lbs. barbell and feel great. A good soreness. My really bad knee?--I wear a McDavid hinged knee brace and it has made all the difference. I started wearing it after recovering from a combined knee dislocation/fractured ankle.
