KM leg conditioning drills - how often?

Anybody have any input on how frequently you can do these? They're not high impact, they're not heavy weight work, so can you do them daily?

I'm not cathe, but I would do them two or three times a week and I can see a difference in the flexibility of my legs. I haven't been doing them that much now, and I can sure tell it! Need to start back.
