KK's July Rotation

Author

Cathlete
Hi All!:)

Hope you all had a terrific 4th. Overall, though I had a great time, I managed to gain 6 pounds in 2 days -- hopefully most of that is water weight:eek: but I think my rotation this month might need to concentrate on a little more cardio to help burn off this weight I've put on. Funny, went on vacation and didn't gain any weight -- but I sure did over the 4th. Don't think it helped that I was in the kitchen for most of the 4th.

Anyway, here's this month's rotation:

Monday: Outside sprints -- these I did about 10 rotations --gained weight anyway, though. Sigh.;(

Tuesday: short cardio and stretch. Did first part of Step Max -- was a good workout -- then stretched to 20 minutes of Stretch Max

Wednesday: Muscle Endurance

Thursday: IMAX2

Friday: cardio & stretch

Saturday: Body Max

Sunday: Off

This gives me 3 good cardio days, 2 good weight days, 2 plyo and anaerobic days and stretch -- a little more cardio than what I'm used to -- but I think I might need it.

My daughter flies in tomorrow night for 10 days -- so my time will be devoted to her while she's here.:7

Jeanette -- hope you'll log on and tell me how your 4th went -- hope it was terrific -- you, too, Natalie and Rhea.

Rhea -- how's your diet going. As you can see, I really blew mine.

Have a good one. Oh, also went to see WAR OF THE WORLDS this weekend. What an intense movie. Really, intense -- good, but held me literally to my seat.

Have a good one.:7

Good evening Karen, Rhea and Natalie!

So different checking in in the evening, but from now until the end of the month is the Tour de France on TV (OLN channel) so I watched that this morning instead of logging on. I didn't get to see the very end of today's stage, but just finished watching it tonite. Very exciting and Team Discovery came in first in the team time trial today and Lance is back in yellow (though I doubt he tries to hold onto it for long). Anyway, I love watching it and can really appreciate how fast and hard they ride. For instance, they did a 40 mile time trial today in 1 hour and 10 minutes. To compare, I do 20 miles in the same amount of time, so they are averaging around 30 plus miles per hour, twice as fast as I go.

Today was GS Legs Timesaver #1 and Imax 2 intervals 1-3, total time 1 hour.

Wedn: Pyramid Upper Body (up only), cycling in the evening

Thursday: Legs & Glutes (floor), Cardio & Weights (Step Only)

Friday: CTX Leaner Legs, Low Max 4-7 (or whatever comes out to arund an hour's workout)

Saturday: Bootcamp/ME premix

Sunday: Cycling

Had a great 4th of July campout. We had 4 4-wheelers and probably put on around 100 miles over the weekend. Very beautiful country up in Modoc County (Warner Mtn's). No bugs to speak of, good campfires, smores (yes I had 2 of them), Dutch Oven dessert of peach crisp, BBQ'd salmon, steak, brats. Lots of good company with my folks (they rode my 4-wheeler), DH, son and his girlfriend Cass and my nephew. It was a super trip. Couldn't have been better, and I didn't gain any weight for some reason. Have the trailer to clean again, sigh.

Karen, sorry to hear of your 6 lbs. but it's probably just water weight. Sometimes I can fluctuate 3 or 4 pounds in a day, only to lose it a couple days later. Usually, it's after much exercise that I gain. Think the body holds onto the water in the muscles or something like that. Glad you liked War of the Worlds. I'll have to go see it.

Must sign off now. Good workouts to all!

Jeanette :7

Hi Jeanette! Hi Rhea & Natalie!

I'm going to be logging on in the evenings probably as well for the next few weeks -- my daughter is coming and so life will be hopping and popping for the next 10 days.

Those Time Trials sound incredibly hard, actually. Oh, Jeanette, I just finished reading a book and thought of you all the way through it -- it's called Interval Training by Carl Lewis and it's all about how to increase your speed and Time Trials, etc. Sounded like something you might enjoy -- might have a few things to consider at least.

If you're interested, I'll send you the ISBN#.

Sounds like a great 4th -- a really, really good 4th. Yeah, I can't believe I put on so much weight -- I wasn't really eating like a pig, either... Sigh...;(

But oh, well, I'll just keep working out and drinking lots of water and watching my diet very closely. Think your rotation looks great, Jeanette.

Oh, that book has so much advice on what to do before a race, and how to prepare for a race, etc. Things you might already know, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Well, have a great night. And great workouts tomorrow.:7

Hello Kay, Jeanette and Natalie!

I've so busy with little things, I've had to be MIA here. Can't even remember the last time I got to post. Let's see, weekend spent out at the lake, water skiied on Sunday....awesome water (no wind) Did yard work on the 4th (which was good, deltoids and inner arms sore from skiing, plus bunch of other muscles!) Yesterday spent the entire day in Reno waiting for my car which didn't get finished, so had to go back today. Errx( I'm bushed. It was 105 yesterday in Reno and hard to keep yourself busy without spending money.

We did have some fun though test driving some of the newer Audis. (I have an A6, which I love) The ones we drove were way too fast, I'd be in big trouble.

Well, back to work to catch up. Hopefully my eating will be better (out of town doesn't help...too much yuck food) I'm not weighing for a while. :7

Hi Rhea! Hi Jeanette & Natalie!:)

Great to hear from you Rhea and catching me up with things -- sounds like you're busy, busy, busy. What fun -- test driving the new Audis -- not a great deal of fun, however, waiting for your own to be fixed...

Sounds like your 4th was great, too and you're getting in that exercise -- but in other ways. Did some yard work myself, but made the guys do it -- does that count?

Exercise wise -- did Muscle Endurance today. Haven't done and all body weight workout in maybe 3-4 days and the body was really ready for it -- found my higher weights (and that's only 15 pounds) was good -- even on those biceps. Think the body was missing the workouts -- usually get in 3 a week, but have cut back to only 2 lately. Interesting to note how different the body was on ME today -- usually it kicks my butt, but today, the body was aching for it (sort of). At least that's how it seemed to me.

Oh, and Jeanette, if you log on at all, let me know if you're interested in that book -- I'll get you the ISBN number.

Well, that's all for now -- my daughter's coming in tonight so will be very busy with her for the next 10 days or so.

Have a great evening, and great workouts tomorrow. :7

Good morning Karen, Rhea and Natalie:

Just popping in during the commercial break of the TDF this morning. Was all ready to sign on last night and got a phone call that my Dad was going to the hospital. Seems that out of the blue, his right leg stopped working. No pain or other weaknesses, but Mom drove him up to the hospital to be checked out. Didn't find anything, did an EKG and cat scan but nothing found. May have more tests done. His leg is better, though. They do want to rule out a stroke. So it was a late night for me last night at the hospital.

Did Legs & Glutes (floor only) and a couple of cardio sections from Cardio & Weights. I woke up late this morning, but still had a good workout, felt strong. Cycled after work yesterday with a friend. Did a good hill climb in 90 plus heat but felt strong for it. Have to get used to exerting in the heat again. Always tougher when you first start out.

Karen, the book by Carl Lewis sounds interesting. Turns out that my horse class is on Tuesday nights, the same night as the monthly Time Trial so I will miss for a while, until class is over for the summer. Hope the water weight has dropped off by now. Sometimes there is just no rhyme or reason why we weigh more.

I like what the more frequent legwork is doing for me. I'm definitely firmer and according to the tape, have been slimming (slightly) in the thigh area. I use less weights than Cathe does, for instance if she says 12#, I may use 8 or 10. I'll keep this up for a while.

Hope everyone has a great day today, now back to the TDF!

Jeanette

Good morning!

I must really sit down and get a firm grip on some sort of rotation. I might just try out the July rotation and see how that goes for a bit. My weight is out of control! My goodness, Karen, I can understand the shock of the MM (metal monster) weigh in. I had that this morning. My fingers are awfully sausagey though, so I'm hoping it is all water weight.

Have a great time with your daughter!

Jeanette - I sure hope your dad is doing okay. Keep us posted ok? Wow, I can't believe you got out there in the heat. I'm a wuss in the heat.

Talk to y'all later.

Good evening Karen, Rhea and Natalie:

Had a great workout this morning. It was a premix from Legs & Glutes/KPC with abs. Took about an hour. I'm liking KPC even more now, always gives me more energy.

Dad is doing okay, they still don't know what caused his leg weakness. Could be a pinched nerve so they are doing some other tests to check it out. His carotid arteries were okay (ultrasound). Think they've ruled out a stroke.

Karen, hope you are having a really nice time with your daughter. Our son may not be up this weekend, first weekend in a while that I won't get to see him and I'm kind of bummed.

Have DH's company picnic at a ranch tomorrow (Rhea, it's Spanish Springs), so will have to watch my eating there and then afterwards think we will stop by his family reunion out at Eagle Lake. Sunday will be a bike ride, approx. 58 miles. Have an organized ride the following weekend near the town of Fall River Mills. It is such a beautiful place to ride. It was my very first organized ride 5 seasons ago. I'd only had my bike for a week and after the ride, I was hooked! Love to go back to that area. Hope it won't be too hot as you really cook on the climbs.

Think tomorrow will be Bootcamp or some kind of circuit workout. Have seen the clips from High Step Challenge and High Step Training Advanced. Can't decide which one to get yet.

Rhea, drink lots of water for the puffiness. I love popcorn in the evenings but I sure pay for it (or anything salty) in the morning with puffiness in my face and hands.

Must go, will check in again tomorrow.

Jeanette

Hi Jeanette & Rhea & Natalie!;-)

Sure has been a busy few days. It's after 10 PM and I'm finally getting to log on and see how you're doing. Been having a great time with my daughter -- it's her birthday today -- and my other daughter's birthday in only about another 11 days -- we're going to celebrate them both tomorrow -- I'll probably make an ice cream cake or something.

It's really been great fun, actually -- to have them both here.

Jeanette, I'm glad to hear that your father's leg is okay and that he is okay. That was quite a scare, huh? Sorry that happened. Has he, or have you, ever thought of seeing a chiropractor? I'm no doctor or chiro, but it seems to me as if something like this could be caused by pinched nerves, etc. It might be worth checking out.

Your ride sounds so beautiful, Jeanette. So very, very beautiful. I wish I could see those things and do those trials -- really do admire what you do.

Rhea, great to hear from you. Okay, so you understand my shock of getting on the scale and seeing 6 extra pounds. Yes, they have come off now -- but only with steady dieting and working out, too. Now I still have those 3 pounds I put on when under deadline. But at least those 6 are off.

Sometimes I wonder if all the extra water weight might be due to allergies -- to food or something -- since I was eating food over the 4th that I don't normally eat. Then my hubby reminded me last night that a nurtient called pregnetalone (misspelled -- I'm spelling it the way it sounds -- I'll have to see how it's really spelled) helps to even out hormone imbalances -- I know when I've taken it in the past, it's helped to ease off those pounds. Don't know if this will help or not, but thought I'd pass it along to you, Rhea.

I'm really impressed with what you're doing with your legs, Jeanette. I'm being so lax in ordering these other DVD's and I really do want them. I think once things have calmed down a bit, I can do it. At least I hope things will calm down a bit -- I seem to be going from one fire to another...:+

Workout wise, yesterday I did IMAX2 -- another of my favorites -- feel so good after it -- also noticed that my body really wanted the workout -- like it was aching for it. Felt strong.

Today it was the first part (cardio section) of Body Max. I love that warm up and that workout. Again, I felt strong, but not as strong as yesterday. Then it was stretch with Stretch Max -- and then off for the day with my daughter (she's out with friends at the moment).

Anyway, have a terrific weekend. I'll be logging on just to keep touch. Great workouts, everyone.:7

Hi Karen, Rhea and Natalie:

Got up early this morning to get my workout in before watching an exciting 8th stage of the TDF. Boy, this race makes me nervous. Tomorrow should be interesting. I'll be up at 3:30 a.m. to watch, but no workout as we're doing a bike ride around 10:00 a.m. (60 mile).

Today I did all of Cardio & Weights, very good workout, makes me want to order HSTA or HSC soon. Need to do that. Had a good day today with DH, first at his company picnic and then at his family reunion.

Karen, water weight is so funny, never seemed to have problems with it when I was younger, or maybe I just didn't notice as much. Also the hormone thing can be a factor, don't know much about that though.

Karen, I'm going to mention the chiro to him. He's getting more strength back, but he's still not 100%. No pain though, that he spoke of anyway.

Well, must go. Hope everyone has a great weekend and good times with loved ones and friends.

Jeanette

Hi Jeanette & Rhea & Natalie,

:D

No workouts at all for me this weekend -- so unusual -- but had both my daughters here on Saturday to celebrate birthdays -- they're both in July -- and so no time literally on Saturday and Sunday was filled with my lovely daughters again. But must, must plan my week so that I don't miss the whole week. As it turns out, only did one whole body weight workout last week.

Jeanette, what a full weekend you must have had. How was the 60 mile bike ride? Gosh, I so admire that. Also, I love Cardio and Weights as well. Don't have HSC, but I've heard the difference is in intensity -- HSTA is supposedly more intense -- much leg work in it -- and the blasts are two minutes each. HSC is supposed to be much the same, only the cardio sections aren't as intense (so I've been told) and others say the work out is more fun. But again, I don't have HSC. The ones I'm looking and will get (eventually) are HSC, KPC & Legs & Glutes. I might add also Supersets and Push, pull.

Yes, water weight is really a funny thing. At least it did come off and so far it's stayed off, even despite a little sugar -- it was birthday time.

Okay, so for next week's rotation: I'm really wanting to get in some weight work -- since I only did one last week --

Monday: IMAX, the original

Tuesday: ME

Wednesday: Cardio (a short one -- about 30 min.) and stretch with stretch Max

Thursday: Cardio & Weights (Jeanette, you reminded me how much I, too, like this workout)

Friday: Sprints outside

Saturday: Off (my daughter will be leaving on this day)

Sunday: Power Hour

Have a terrific day tomorrow -- and great workouts everyone.:7

Good morning Karen, Rhea and Natalie :7

Back to an early schedule this week and I won't get to see the TDF on TV until evening so have to cram in my evening duties as early as possible in order to catch the race televised from 5-8 p.m.

Saturday was very nice with the picnic and reunion and didn't get carried away too much with poor eating. Yesterday was a bike ride, felt very strong in the legs so maybe all the leg work is paying off, gone are the tired legs sensations so I'm very happy about that. Cardio is okay too. Poor Cass, she's not quite as motivated to ride as myself, only rides once on the weekend with me and it's usually a long ride. Yesterday on the ride, she got a calf cramp that would'nt go away. She had to cut the ride off at the end and a friend gave her a ride back to town. There are different reasons for leg cramps, sometimes dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, or muscles just revolting at the work. The leg was still sore last evening, hopefully she'll be okay for the weekend's organized ride of around 70 miles with 2 good climbs.

This week's workout schedule:

Monday: GS Legs Timesaver #1, CTX hi-lo from Power Circuit and 10-10-10, abs from Power Circuit. Got some new arch support insoles for my shoes, much better now!

Tuesday: GS Legs (floor only) and Imax 2 intervals 1-4

Wednesday: PUB and cycling in evening

Thursday: Pyramid Lower Body and Coremax premix #1

Friday: Legs & Glutes/KPC premix and some upper body work tacked on

Saturday: Cycling

Sunday: Rest

In looking at this, seems pretty heavy on leg work, but I'm feeling more endurance in the legs for cycling, want to keep this up for a while and see if the measuring tape moves too.

Karen, so glad you're having a great time with your daughters. They sure are a blessing. Glad the water weight has gone down. I still haven't decided between HSC and HSTA but I've read the premixes in HSTA are really good. Bordering on making a decision.

Have a great day!

Jeanette

Good morning!

So glad to see that your dad is doing okay Jeanette. Hope they find out soon what was the cause.

Sounds like you had a fabulous weekend Kay! Sometimes I get a bit envious on what I've missed out on having no kids. But I think I was supposed to take care of all the stray animals that came my way.

Workouts this weekend were sparse for me too. Saturday, I did walk/run/sprints for 38 minutes.(in the evening, after working in the yard most of the day) I have to refresh my memory on what the sprints were supposed to be. I sure don't make 30 seconds. I don't need to either. My HR will sky-rocket to 160 and above in about 10 seconds in a sprint. I'm just going to have to be diligent in building it up. Sunday was no workout, just rock hauling to the pond. I figured that was enough. Unfortunately, yesterday evening when I went to fix something in the pond, I pulled my groin muscle. Youch. I iced and heated, so this morning no noticable pain, just a bit of tightness. So I'm going to do an upper body today with some walking/running/sprinting with the dogs.

I'm really going to try to get back into the routine of things since the darn pond is finally done. You two are such an inspiration and keep me quite motivated to keep moving. Plus school is going to start 8/29 and I'll be busier, got to get the routine down.

Have a great day everyone!

Hi Rhea & Jeanette & Natalie!:)

Jeanette, you are really an inspiration with all your leg work and endurance and rides. By the way, magnesium will almost always get rid of leg cramps -- it will also stop a heart attack -- a nice thing to know. Good ole magnesium. I usually take it with calcium, but for cramps and such, straight magnesium will ease off any muscle cramp. Salt can also be an issue with cramps, as well as water. Anyway, when I go on tour or anything like that, I carry straight magnesium with me in case of cramps for anything.

Rhea, wow, so glad to see that you're doing sprints and getting back into things. Yes, it is great having children, I wouldn't have missed it for the world, but I think that now that they're grown, I, too, have become a person to care for animals...particularly cats at the moment...

Am changing my rotation, as I'm really wanting both cardio and strength today and I haven't yet worked out. So:

Monday: Cardio & Weights

Tuesday: IMAX

Wednesday: ME

Thursday: short cardio & stretch

Friday: Sprints

Saturday: Off

Sunday: Power Hour -- just reversing a few things

Love your mixes, Jeanette. As soon as I have a moment, I'd like to figure out more mixes.

Have a great day, everyone and happy workouts.:7

Hi all,

Jeanette - I hope our Dad is ok. Did he get an MRI to look for a pinched nerve or did the weakness just resolve? Me an my husband have been catching a bit of the TDF as well.

Rhea - sorry to hear about the muscle pull - I ruptured my medial gastrocnemius last summer trying to do a Cathe step workout and avoid by then 6 year old who jumped onto by step during my workout. I used immediate ice to the area, motrin three times a day for a week, and immediately started range of motion for the calf. It took 2 weeks to rehab it but man did it hurt!

Karen Kay - I identify with the weight gain. I have not gained but I am still stuck at 135 - just cannot budge on the scale. Am thinking of ordering either the pyramids or the slow and heavy series to shake things up a bit. I know I need to cut calories as well but just need to think a bit about how I'm going to do it.

Got to go. Have some paperwork that is overdue.

Natalie

Good morning Karen, Rhea and Natalie:

It was GS Legs (floor only) and Imax2 intervals 1-5 for me today. Sweated like a horse during Imax2. Predicted to be around 100 today. Have a horse class after work, will try not to work him too hard in the heat. Then back home by 7:00 p.m. to watch the 10th stage of the TDF. Should be interesting.

Natalie, Dad will be seeing another Dr. today, but I'll call him before and ask if an MRI is in the works. Plateau, hmmm. My weight has been pretty much the same, though it would love to creep upward if I'd let it. However, my thighs and butt have never been this firm before, though they still could improve greatly. I notice my butt is more lifted, must be the leg presses. I don't go heavy on any standing leg work and my legs have been holding up for the 4-5 days a week of leg work. The first week of doing this, they were weaker and a bit more sore. I'm thinking it's helping my leg endurance on the bike.

Karen, enjoy your daughters and Rhea, home the pulled muscles start feeling better. Bet your pond area looks really nice. I need to do more yardwork. Just get the top layer done (mowing, weed eating). Believe me, much more needs to be done, just not motivated to give up something else to get it.

Take care everyone, Rhea, should be a hot one today!

Jeanette

Hi Natalie, Karen and Jeanette!

Yes, it is hot here today. I'm sitting in my nice cool office trying to convince myself that I can workout when I get home. I don't have AC, but the house stays pretty cool. I just have to move the air around and it should be okay.

Yesterday's workout consisted of helping DH unload a truck and trailer of firewood, then some laps around the track at the school very late in the evening when it was finally cooler. I will probably do a dvd workout, I'm thinking Boot Camp or Body Max, but it might be too warm for that high of intensity. I might do just longer lower intensity workouts. DH went golfing and won't be home until later, so I have the time. I love it!

Are you guys going to get the new dvds? I was really surprised when I read about them. I do like having intermediate type workouts for days like today when intensity might have to be lower.

Hi Rhea & Jeanette & Natalie!

Am logging on really late tonight -- spending much time with my daughter and so don't have a great deal of time to log on during the day.

Natalie, I, too, have the weight problems, as you know. I'm down to where I was before the 4th, but I'm still about 3 lbs. over where I'd like to be. And the weight won't budge. But Jeanette, like you, if I'd let it, the weight would creep right up there. However, I watch it like a hawk.

Rhea, those laps around the school and unloading the truck sounds like good workouts. And you're right I think. If you don't have an AC at the house...high intensity in heat may not be a great idea.

Jeanette, I love hearing about all the leg work. In truth, I could stand to lose a bit of inches on my thighs and I may just follow your example. Also, that is so cool that you've started your lessons with the horse. Wish I could do something like that. Love horses -- but if they are in a barn, I'll get hives ( not if they're open range horses, however ). But this leg work sounds really interesting. Jeanette, keep us posted on your Dad, okay?

Did sprints outside in the early hours of the morning today -- when it was still cool enough out so that I didn't get overheated. Only went up to 10 and could have done more -- and wasn't really sweating with it -- not like I sweat with Cathe -- but only did 10 because of time considerations and my daughter is only here until Saturday. But the sprints were good.

Rhea -- what new DVD's. I've been so much out of the loop lately that I haven't heard about the new DVD's. New Cathe DVD's or new FitPrime DVD's or what? Sounds really good.

Well, I'm off to bed -- am planning ME tomorrow and my daughter wants to do it with me -- with light weights. Should be fun.

Have a great evening, and great day tomorrow and terrific workouts.
:7

Good morning Karen, Rhea and Natalie:

It was Pyramid Upper Body (up only) for me today. Will mtn. bike ride tonite (lightly) after work with a girlfriend. Don't want to stress my legs too much as I have a beautiful bike ride this Saturday near Fall River Mills. Will probably do around 60-80 miles on that ride as it will be hot over there, so don't think I'll tackle the 100. Doing PUB once a week seems to be maintaining my upper body muscle. Boy, it's sure hard to cover the entire body and cardio in 1 hour workouts, but I'll stick with the extra leg workouts as so far I like the results.

Had a riding lesson last evening. My DH came to watch me for a while, which was nice. He thought my horse looked really good, but that I have some body crookedness doing certain movements. Never can seem to get it all together, but glad the horse is travelling well. Then came home and watched yesterday's stage of the TDF. Very exciting!!! Wish I could play hooky from work and watch today's stage. Brutal mountains. You want to talk stamina on these bike racers, wow. Might tell them at work that I have a vision problem, can't see being there. LOL.

Karen, good for you on the sprints. Running is just a line I haven't crossed yet. Think for some reason I feel self-conscious about getting out there. Don't know why, I wear spandex on a bike and don't worry about it. Sheesh. How nice you are going to get to do a Cathe workout with your daughter. I'm soooo envious. My step-daughter has a weight problem. She was doing Curves for a while but had to get a sitter to watch the kids, which was tough, and then she gave up going. I suggested and then let her preview one of my Cathe DVD's. You can't do it for them, the motivation has to come from within. Anyway, have a great time working out today!

Rhea, doing all that yardwork is a workout but boy, I've sure felt the cardio and strength workouts all pay off in endurance while packing limbs, weeding, etc. Just think how tired we'd be without all these workouts!

Natalie, my weight sure doesn't want to budge either. I've got a slight weakness for Dove dark chocolate and one of the desks at work has a candy jar with it. Can't help myself and I have a piece (or 2) every day. Also, I think I overdo the "good fat" of natural peanut butter. Way too many calories there. Salt immediately makes me retain water, but during cycling, I have to drink sports drinks (for the longer rides anyway) and they have lots of sodium which is good during the hot weather. Oh well, at least I feel good and that's worth something.

Good workouts to all today, will be another hot one, but am getting somewhat acclimated to the heat.

Jeanette :7

Hi Jeanette! Hi Rhea & Natalie!

Jeanette, it sounds like you had a good workout today. Like I said, after my tour, I plan to start doing upper and lower body splits -- I've done full body weight workouts for about a year now, and I think it's time to move up to split body -- we'll see -- watching your posts does inspire me.

Well, if my bike were fixed up, I'd probably try to get more exercise that way -- but we're all so busy right now, that it keeps getting put on the back burner. So glad you're enjoying the TDF.

I'm beginning to enjoy running more and more -- but then I do like getting outside -- and my Cathe's keep me inside -- but I don't complain -- not really. Cathe is the greatest -- I'm just trying to build myself up for when I'm on tour -- can't take that long step with me, so I'll be pretty much relegated to doing sprint type workouts, I think -- if I do get a laptop that can play DVD's, I'll take some of my weight workouts. If not, I'll have to memorize some of her weight routines. Because I'll be gone and entire month, I really have to continue to exercise -- and figure out how to do it from a suitcase.

Workout wise today I did ME and loved it. Have a short cardio and stretch lined up for tomorrow.

Have a great day, everyone -- and terrific workouts.:7
