Good morning,
Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Got a few things done around the place, shopping for tile, yardwork, bike ride, Rhino ride, housework. Also succeeded in dropping our car trailer ramp on my left big toe yesterday afternoon, so it's very sore. Today's workout was Jari Love's Ripped. I modified the lunges a bit, but it worked out.

Karen, you may be in Montana by now. Hope it is a good trip and a relaxing one, goodness knows you deserve it after your tour.

Hi to Rhea, Becky and Janie, any special plans for you guys for the 4th? My DH and I will be camping for about 5 days, but won't leave until later in the week.

So sorry about your toe. Isn't modifying wonderful? Hope you heal real soon. Is Jari a hard workout?

I'm doing the July rotation from Cathe, and today is upper body.

My DS will be visiting today and tomorrow before he moves to Vegas and becomes an ER doctor there. My DH's birthday is today. So we are celebrating this weekend for the both of them.

Also hi out there to Rhea, Becky and Karen, hope you find yourselves on these forums soon. Would be interested in what you are up to.

Good morning,
Toe is feeling better today so I tried some light stepping without the riser. My Totally Cool Step (Christi Taylor) arrived yesterday so I decided to do some of that this morning. I learned 3 combos (Movemaster helps a lot) and had fun. Not intense at all, but I plan on doing a Cardio Coach on the bike this evening. Got some yardwork done last night, weed eating mostly.

Janie, I think that the Ripped workout I did yesterday is her easiest one. I don't think they are easy though and if you use heavier weights, you will get a good workout. Hope you enjoyed the visit with your DS and your DH's birthday.

Good morning,
Tuesday night I got Cardio Coach #5 in on the bike after work (evening). Great workout and Sean is so motivating. Love this one. Yesterday was Jari Love's Slim & Lean. Today was CTX Kickbox (without the arm drills) and then did a couple of combos from each of Totally Cool Cardio and Totally Cool Step. Toe is feeling some better each day. Will be getting ready tonite for camping trip so won't be posting until next Wednesday or Thursday. Hope everyone has good workouts.

Everyone that was expected to come over did. We had a blast, got caught up with our lives and enjoyed the fireworks here at home. Today is clean up day, and also DS decided to stay a day longer. YEAH!

Ate way too much stuff, and really paid for it. Will watch closely the eating, and only clean eating today. Tomorrow will continue with Cathe's rotation the rest of the month.

We have another visitor coming this month, it's my DH sister from MI. We all eat clean, so that won't be a problem. We plan on going to the ocean for a couple of days, and then she would also like to visit with our children in other areas of Washington. Too bad there is only 7 days in a week. But we'll try hard to accommodate. She is such a loving person, and who ever meets her will never forget her, she is that special and memorable.

Jeanette, I here so much on these forums about Sean, one of these days, I'll have to buy these workouts and use my treadmill or stair climber. You are doing fantastic with your workouts, enjoy them. Glad to hear your toe is getting better. Have a great time camping. Where are you going? See you next Wed. or Thur.

Wow, I had to really search for this thread, it was on page 3 or so! Got back from a fantastic camping trip. We did lots of 4-wheeling in our Yamaha Rhino, gold mining, campfire time, a little geocaching. Perfect weather too. Nice to be home, though I definitely could have stayed longer. Ran out of clothes and ice!

Back to work tomorrow, and start back up with my workouts. Got a bike ride in tonite, did Cardio Coach #2 (Revised), plus a couple challenges from CC#3.

Janie, we were in the High Lakes area, northeast of Chico, California. Your 4th of July sounded very nice. I HIGHLY recommend Cardio Coach workouts. Sean is super motivating. You'll see!

Jeanette, sounds like you had a great camping trip. My DH and I use to go 4 wheeling in our Wrangler Jeep. It was tons of fun. What is geocaching? Have fun riding your bike.

Hope your meeting went well. Will your bike riding in Oregon be on the coast?

Today's workout was Jari Love's GR 1000.

Janie, geocaching is like a scavenger hunt using your GPS unit. Mostly I just take the grandkids so that they can enjoy it. You download the coordinates to your GPS via the geocaching site. We will be cycling up near Hood River, Oregon. It's on the Columbia River east of Portland. Love the coast of Oregon though. We usually vacation there, but not this year. Staying closer to home.

Of course you did not scare anyone off. Karen and I are usually always on here, but she's up in Montana on vacation and probably doesn't have internet access. Rhea might be on vacation too and Becky is pretty busy with school. I had some vacation for a while but am back now. Please stay and keep me company.

Do you windsurf? I like your Meez gal. Hood River, Oregon, where we are going next month, is the windsurfing capital of the country.

Today was Slim Series Tone It Up. I will try to get in an easy spin on the bike after work today. Worked my legs pretty hard with climbing on the bike yesterday. They were fatigued at the 60 mile point.

Today is my rest day. My SL from MI will be visiting all this week. My DH went to pick her up from her visit with relatives in OR. Can't wait to see her. She is just like a sister to me.

Good morning!

Well, I'm back from vacation and need another. I haven't worked out since July 2nd. No wonder I feel like a slug! But I think I will be doing the P90 90 day rotation starting either today or tomorrow. I haven't been feeling real hot the last few days, so I might wait one more day. I'm still detoxing from my really bad eating/drinking week. We went to the wine country, San Francisco and Chico. I'm really not in the mood for any alcohol. Yuck. I must be getting old. My body can't take all that fun partying. My DH was very upset when he got on the scale....he gained like 15 pounds since last month. So he is all ready to do some good eating.

Okay, back to the salt mine.
 
Wow, I had to hunt for the thread!

Started off the P90 90 day rotation yesterday with the 1/2 sculpt. Today at lunchtime will be the 1/2 sweat. I'm modifying a bit because I'll be doing the master series at the end. I think I'll do the 1/2 for a week, just to get things going and then up it to the 3/4 and do that for a couple of weeks. Then the master series which includes 5/6.

I did Tracey Staehle's High Intensity Step (about 30 minutes of it) and then switched to Christi Taylor's Solid Gold Step for another 20 minutes. After that was breakfast and watching Le Tour until time to get ready for work.

Rhea, probably not me as DH and I were tiling in the living room all Saturday morning. We did hit Safeway around 2:30 p.m. that day, then headed out to Spalding for DH's family reunion.

Janie, hope you are having a blast with your SL!

Hmm, come to think of it, it might have been in the afternoon. My memory is going fast! LOL

Yesterday I did P90 1/2 sweat at my lunchtime. I'm going to try and get in the P90 sculpt today at lunch, but not sure. I have a massage a 5:15, so I might end up running home and doing the workout and then the massage. All depends on when I get out of court this morning. I have court again at 1 pm, so if it is too late, then I can only eat at lunch.

Today was Slim Series Tear It Up (the one with cardio). Good workout. My toe is feeling better each day, finally! Tomorrow will be some cardio (steady state) and then an easy spin on the bike in the evening. My legs really need to recover from Sunday's hard hill climbing. They were sore last night when I rode. An easy spin should help get rid o the soreness.

Rhea, hope the massage was good, I sure miss mine. What's the golf situation? I haven't heard lately.

Good afternoon!

Massage was awesome, hurt a bit since I had sooooo many sore spots. But I went home, took a hot ginger bath (to help detox the crude out)

Hmm, where was I...had to take off to go to court and didn't finish this post.

Yesterday I did p90 sculpt at lunch. I'm not sure if I'll be able to get anything in today since I have the couples golf at 5:30.

Well, better get back to work. I feel like I've been talking non-stop for the last three hours.
