Kind to the Knees?

I can only do kind to the knees workouts and KickMax has a low impact premix that's even easier on my knees than LowMax! It's a great workout and the leg work at the end is tough but knee-friendly as well.

I agree, Kick Max is a good one, omitting the blasts. Although I do the blasts but modify when needed. For example I march when they jump rope, I do regular jacks or low jacks, and I take breaks when I need them.
I don't know if you do muscle and cardio training together, but High Step Challenge for beginners and intermediate as well as the HSC from the Hardcore series are pretty knee friendly too. If you want to do just cardio, you could do just the cardio segments.
Hope that helps.

KPC isn't so hard on the knees if you take out the jumps from the kicks and just do a simple high kick. Also take out the jumps from the windmills.

Power Max, Step Works, and Rythmic Step don't bother my knees too much as long as I do them on a 4" board. I also take out the jumps and turns when I start feeling tired.
