Kimbely Spreen

Hi
I have several of Kimberly's workouts. This is the first one I ever bought. I like it, but would consider it an intermediate workout. There is not much kickboxing, especially the kicking aspect to it (more punching). I use it for light days. I like her absolute kickboxing better and it is kickboxing, also has some really good combat moves with a body bar. you could use a broom stick instead.
You may want to preview it at collagevideo.com

Hope this helps
Jen

I really like some of Kimberly Spreen's stuff, but I actually sold Kickbox Bootcamp. I just prefer her Absolute Kickboxing (which also has intervals of combat drills using a body bar) or her Cardio Camp (which alternates hi-lo with kickboxing).

same here in that I really like absolute kickboxing and returned the kickbox bootcamp. It wasn't intense enough for me and there really was no kickboxing in it. Jess

Another vote for Absolute Kickboxing and Cardio Camp. The kickbox bootcamp is fine for a less intense day, or if you want to tack it on to the end of another short workout. By far, however, Absolute Kickboxing is her best.

I have Cardio Camp and I like to do it on days when I want a solid intermediate workout. Her cueing is perfect (which is getting rare these days) and she doesn't have any annoying habits that wear thin after several workouts. I hope she makes more vids in the future.

I have it... but like other ladies have said, am not that enthralled with it. Not a lot of kickboxing at all. And she tells you to pick up your hand weights for punches, which really bugs me. I actually have it on my trade list on VF.
