I always thought she said "Take 2 months off." That's what I've been doing. Just kidding. She just meant (I think) to do say, a strength training video and then an lower intensity video before doing Imax again that same week. Cathe has suggested before doing Imax on Mon (for example) MIS on Tues and then maybe Step Jam or Power Max on Wed. It is good to mix in a shorter, more intense video, with a longer, endurance type video. Have fun! And congratulations on doing Imax. I am in amazement of Cathe and her crew in that video!!!!
