I am not usually one for adding onto workouts (b/c I figure it is what it is & am usually strapped on time!) but I tried something yesterday that you might want to try for a little burner!
S&H Legs + PLB stability ball work
YOWCH!!!!!!!!!! My buns and my inner thighs are screeeeeaaaaaaming today! I went heavier than usual on S&H b/c it was time to try to increase poundage. By the end of the stablity ball work, I was dying for a good stretch
Today, the stairs are not my friend }(
