Kickmax ?

Nope. It has the 18 minute leg conditioning drills instead. The conditioning drills work your lower back as well as your hips/thighs, and require good core stabilization.

I've personally found the KickMax Low-impact premix to be great during pregnancy. It includes the warm up, four low-impact combos (easier than KPC's three combos), the conditioning drills, and the stretch. A nice one hour workout.

Thanks Sandra. I would like to do something tonight w/Kick Max and wanted to do some abs too. I think that I may try the low-impact premix! :)
 
There is not an abs section in KM. You can find an abs section in another kickboxing workout: KPC.There is not an abs section in Low Max.
