Kickmax or MMA Kickbox?

I love KPC and want to buy another Cathe kickbox dvd that is either easily modifiable to low impact or has a good high intensity low impact component. Am torn between MMA Kickbox and Kickmax. Please help me decide! (Can't afford both at the moment.)

I'm only interested in the cardio aspect, and whichever one is most fun!

Also, how different are the routines on these to KPC?

mjd - I would go for MMA Kickbox. Kickmax has the high impact/high intensity blasts which doesn't seem to be what you want although you could do the DVD without the blasts. There is a low impact premix which is about 58 minutes. Kick Max also includes the leg conditioning drills which are good but I don't know how important they are to you. Some people don't think they get enough intensity from Kick Max except for the blasts.

MMA Kickbox has 3 punching/kicking combos and some great core work. This one is all low impact. If you want to add some impact, you can use some 1# weighted gloves. I think the combos are different enough from KPC. I thought MMA Kickbox was lots of fun. For MMA Kickbox, my avg HR was 135 and max HR was 162 just to give you an idea of the intensity.

Thanks Marcy. From the clip, MMA Kickbox looks like it has a bit of jumping in it, but I guess it's easily modifiable enough, huh? Just don't like modifying too much otherwise I feel as though I'm doing a different workout entirely and get very frustrated.
I'm looking for fun cardio only non-step low impact high intensity workouts for my cardio only days so if anyone has any other suggestions, would love to hear them.

I second MMA Kickbox it is a great workout and so much fun! Kickmax has never been one of my favorite workouts. I think u would really enjoy MMA Kickbox.
