Kickmax dvd

Ok - it's on sale but I am still wondering if I should get it?

I recently bought 4 day split and LOVED the kickbox part as well as the MMA fusion. So I want to get more kickbox challenges for me.

So the question is: is Kickmax about the same intensity or higher than these two? I read on amazon it did not challenge a bunch of people and I am definitely not looking at anything easy/easier than kickbox/MMA fusion.

Please help!!

I don't have the MMA series so I can't speak to that but I thought that Kickmax was mostly easier than 4DS KB and KPC. I love those two kickboxing workouts and I didn't think KM was anything like those 2. I was disappointed - I didn't hold on to it! There are a couple of parts that were challenging - the blast intervals about 2/3 of the way in and the standing leg drills. But the standing leg drills were tough from an endurance perspective - not for calorie burning cardio. It's been the only Cathe workout that I haven't liked so far, so I am not complaining. I would go with Kick, Punch and Crunch if you are looking for more kickboxing. It is the best KB workout I have done.

That's my 2 cents for what it's worth!

thank you Lisa - this is super helpful.
That's kind of what I gathered from Amazon reviews. Based on what I'm looking for I don't think this is the right DVD for me.
I have just ordered the KPC so I can't wait to get that one and try it - should be here any day now!!
