Evening, cheetahs-- :7
Christine...A brown sunrise? That must be so strange. Sorry you are outta commish between the smoke and your back. The rest is wise, though, IMO...I will have most of the summer off. I was/will be doing curriculum writing on scattered days throughout the summer. I am awaiting word on a second committee. It's weird; I have shoulder DOMS but not in the tri's where I expected it. Hunh...ETA: Oh duh...yesterday I trailed off mid-post and meant to come back & explain: I'd started to write about the 10 y/o girl with psychic powers I'd seen on TV. She'd had premonitions about Katrina and the tsunami of '04, and it was just fascinating. She was such an intelligent and perceptive child and was saying how hard it was to foresee these things happening but be helpless to do anything to stop it. Reminded me of the fires. How terrible it must be to watch homes being destroyed and not have the power to prevent it.
Carole...I really enjoyed the work we did Monday and today -- it was yesterday's software end of it that was not fun...How was your run in the smoke? Hope it wasn't too bad.
Shelly...hope you enjoyed your day of hard-earned rest...Luckily, my stomach pains eased up enough and I did run this morning before work. Love gettin' out there with the sunrise.
WT...glad the stomach bug is on its way out!
Jackie...I haven't been on eBay in a long while, but I am a last minute bidder, too.
Is it mean to enjoy snuffing somebody out at the last second? :7 ...Glad your hip was ache-free. It is a lot to fit in everything, including the rolling. Maybe you can multi-task and do the foam rolling at work? :7 My chiro uses this stuff called Sombra. It's like Ben Gay but actually smells good. I bought a tub last time I was there. Good stuff. Also like Bio-Freeze. Do you use anything like that?
Gloria...thanks! My team needed the luck tonight and barely eked a win past Turkey (3-2), with the win coming in the final minutes of the game. There were lightning storms over there, and the international feed cut out several times during the match, so it was real exciting. Only a CAB singular since I had an NB reception after...Nice job on the run this AM. Ahh, endorphins! Hope you enjoyed your shrimp on the barbie.
Kath...I have been going to a chiro for almost a year now following a minor car accident and have become a firm believer.
Wendy...how was bowling tonight with Joey?...That's good of you to step up for one Sunday until things are under control.
Judy...thanks for the info...I will google JPFitness.
Posh...just a shout-out to ya--hope you're doing OK.
Gn, everyone!
