can anyone recommend a challenging kickboxing workout like cathe's? i have some of the tae bos but they are not that challenging. do you know of any that really kick up the intensity level?
Oh yes, Spreen's is great! I also really like Kenpo X from P90X--it's a bit more karate than kickboxing, but the upside is it requires less room, is a pretty intense workout, is lots of fun, & Tony is purdy. ;-)
Another vote for Absolute Kickboxing. I also like her Cardio Camp workout which alternates kickboxing and hi-lo. It's one of the only hi-lo workouts I can follow and actually enjoy, in fact.
Oh, I forgot to mention the Powerstrike routines. I understand 1 and 2 are the best - those are what I have. I also understand these are very difficult to come by now. But still, they're good kickboxing workouts.

i have tried them all. the get ripped advance is the only one i still do b/c i find the others less challenging. thanks for all the comments. i'm going to look into spreens kickboxing video
