Howdy!
I am getting back into kickboxing workouts after several yrs of no interest in them. I was wondering if any of the STS Cardio KB workouts or even hard strikes is similar to Kick Max and/or 4DS kickboxing? I really enjoy those two however I am not a fan of KPC or oter earlier KB workouts.
Thoughts?
