Kickbox!

Yep, me again!:) I just finished Kickbox and I must say I loved it just as much as Bootcamp. I could have done the first 30 minute second for 60 minutes - it Flew By!!! Absolutely great, I'm beat and ready for a good night sleep!

I do have one question. What is the purpose of doing the deadlift elevated as opposed to standing on the floor?

And..I really enjoyed the music you used for the stretch segment.

I haven't done Higher Intensity yet, so you may be hearing from me again!:D
 
I think doing them elevated reaches deeper into the hamstrings. If you are flexible enough its a nice method of doing deadlifts. I feel these much more than normal deadlifts
 
Hi Tina! The platform allows for deeper range of motion if you have greater flexibility. If you can go all the way down to your toes with no problems, you might find that the weights hit the floor before you reached your deepest range. Elevating yourself corrects this problem. If you don't have a very deep range, then you can stay right on the floor. Both methods are very effective.
