Yep, me again!
I just finished Kickbox and I must say I loved it just as much as Bootcamp. I could have done the first 30 minute second for 60 minutes - it Flew By!!! Absolutely great, I'm beat and ready for a good night sleep!
I do have one question. What is the purpose of doing the deadlift elevated as opposed to standing on the floor?
And..I really enjoyed the music you used for the stretch segment.
