kickbox workouts followed by weights the next day?

Hi Cathe,

I really like your kickbox workouts, but don't know how to fit them into my weekly workouts. I always get sore in both my upper and lower body from punching and kicking. I want to lift weights the next day (or the preceding day), but don't know if this is counterproductive.

So, can I do kickbox and weightlifting on consecutive days? Also, can I do weights the day after Kickmax and its leg conditioning drills?

I'm sorry Laura, I don't really understand what you are telling me. I know about the rotations, but my question is whether I should do kickbox and then weights the next day if I'm already sore from kickbox? Should I be resting if I'm sore after kickbox?
