Kickbox Needed!

I agree: Cathe won me over to Kickboxing
Cosmo Mom: I agree with you. I bought one or two kickboxing videos early on, but hesitated to buy any more since they were so tame, it was hard to break a sweat. But the kickboxing in "4-Day Split" won me over to that kind of video. Cathe's was very aerobic, and I will be buying "Cardio Kickboxing". I hope Cathe does more videos like these.

Would like to see kickboxing and actual boxing
I know in the STS cardio series there is a brief intro to heavy bag. I used to take Krav Maga (Isreali self defense) and we would occasionally do a heavy bag workout to music that was amazing. I would love to see that incorporated with a full kickboxing series.

I agree. More heavy bag workouts. If we are all going to be buying a heavy bag then it would be nice to have more workouts to do with it. This would be great for guys. My husband's not gonna do step aerobics but I think I might be able to get him to hit a bag with me.
