Yes, you are a genius!! I had to revise it a little, because I have CK and KPC on video and the others on dvd. Just so happens I had KPC advanced to the kick/punch combos, so.....
Here's what I did today:
Cardio kicks through sequential power kicks
Boot Camp kickbox premix
Kick max blast only
KPC kick/punch drills and abs
KM leg drills
One hour and 45 minutes, buckets of sweat and many calories later, I was spent!! Thanks for putting this idea in my head!
