Hi Cathe~I just finished your new Kickbox workout and have to tell you I LOVED it when you tell us to "kick like you are going to kick the door in". I had this unstoppable energy and was able to really "kick" it up a notch.

The tropical views are just perfect! I just got back from 3 weeks in Daytona. And my after-vacation-blues just went.....POOOOOF!
