In the legs and glutes section, there are two series of what I think you call "Drop Squats." One foot on the stool, then drop sideways onto the other foot, plie down, then move up to two feet on stool, etc. The first series is just up and down. The second series adds a lateral leg raise after moving up.
My question is, how should the weight be distributed during the plie down part? E.g., weight mostly on the foot on the stool, or weight mostly on the foot on the floor. The former would mostly work the leg on the stool, the latter would work the leg on the floor and inner thigh.
It looks on the DVD as if you are putting most of your weight on the floor foot, but am not sure.
