With Cathe's KB tapes, I don't feel like I am "all over the place", and am able to get a true to form kickbox w/o. With TaeBo, Billy adds dance moves which this non-dancer could never do, but I loved the kickbox aspect of it.
Kick, Punch, and Crunch was my intro to Cathe, and remains my all time favorite workout, from any instructor. Kick max has great leg conditioning drills that have helped my form improve greatly!! Both have a place in my rotation.
