kick max question

Hello! I think Kick Max is very easy to learn and there are Leg Conditioning Drills to help you learn better form.

Kick Max is very advanced, but most of the moves are basic kickbox moves.

It is an awesome workout and I am somebody who tries to avoid kickbox.

But it does great things for upper body, lower body, and core!

Kick Punch and Crunch is really fun.

I also like Cardio Kicks!
 
I agree with what Amy has mentioned. Kick Max is an awesome workout that will really work your entire body. I always have DOMS from the standing leg conditioning drills.
 
you will defently get a total body cardio workout. to add a little intensity add some weight gloves to one or two of the lower impact kick/punch combos. the standing leg work is a killer especially if you try it after doing all those jumps in the high intensity drill segment.
