Hello! I think Kick Max is very easy to learn and there are Leg Conditioning Drills to help you learn better form.
Kick Max is very advanced, but most of the moves are basic kickbox moves.
It is an awesome workout and I am somebody who tries to avoid kickbox.
But it does great things for upper body, lower body, and core!
Kick Punch and Crunch is really fun.
I also like Cardio Kicks!
