Kick Max & KPC

I am currently using the GS Series twice a week. I've read so many times on here that for ultimate leg/butt shaping to use Low Max and Kick Max/KPC along with a weight leg workout.

Since these three workouts are leg-focused, when is the best time to insert them? The same day as my leg workouts, but maybe in the evening? The day before or after them? I don't want to overdo it.

Here's my current workout schedule:
Sun: GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps
Mon: GS Legs
Tues: GS Chest and Triceps
Wed: GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps
Thurs: GS Legs
Fri: GS Chest and Triceps
Sat: Rest

In the eventings, I usually add some type of cardio when I have time or feel like it, typically Step Blast, RS, or some of IMAX 3 or MIC.
My goal is strength, muscle building, with shaping. I, by no means, want to lose any weight.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you tried posting this on the Rotations forum? Maybe someone there can help you with a rotation!

Here's one way you could work them in:
Sun: GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps+Imax 3
Mon: GS Legs
Tues: GS Chest and Triceps
Wed: GS Back, Shoulders, and Biceps+MIC (Of SB/RS)
Thurs: GS Legs
Fri: GS Chest and Triceps+KPC (or KM)
Sat: Rest
They are leg focused, but aren't like doing a full leg workout, so don't worry too much about their placement. If you are noticing too much fatigue or soreness in the legs you can keep shifting them to see where they work best for you.
Don't forget to include abs at least 3 or so times a week as well.

Mattea- thanks so much for your suggestion. The places were you noted to use Kick Max, MIC, and Imax 3 are typically where I insert them. It's good knowing that that might be the right fit. I also went back and looked over some of Cathe's previous rotations to see where you put kickboxing in. So, that's also helped. I appreciate your response/tips.

On another note, I HATE doing abs, but I'm trying to force myself to do it. It's the last area that I need help on (genetics blessed me, I guess!) and that's my "reason" for not working abs. Funny how one can have a six pack but absolutely no strength in that area. Guess that's may payback for not working them! They look good and strong, but really aren't.
