I have a couple of questions for those who have used these workouts more often than I. First, with Kick Max, what do the premixes consist of? I did the Low Impact Kickbox one today, since I wasn't in the mood for a bunch of bouncing. But what are the other premixes, particularly the one title Kickbox Bootcamp? Does that include just the cardio sections, and no legs? Second, I did Supersets for the first time yesterday, and was overwhelmed by the list of premixes. I just did the complete workout, as is. But what are the premixes like? Is there a listing somewhere on this site so I can print it out and have it on hand? There were so many it was too much to try and figure out- I was admittedly confused by the Round 1, Group A, Round 2 Group B thing. It would be helpful to have a printed out listing of what each of those groups consist of. Thanks in advance!
