Is there something that could help me understand all the abbreviations for the rotations. Again sorry that this is all so basic...I am just still so new to this site.

GSL = Gym Style Legs
KM = Kickmax
MM = Muscle Max
CM = Coremax
LM = Low Max
GS BSB = Gym Style Back, Shoulders & Biceps
GS CT = Gym Style Chest & Triceps
HSC = High Step Challenge
Hardcore Extreme & Stretch Max - I haven't seen abbreviations for this so far.
Intensity Series (IS):
BC = Boot Camp
ME = Muscle Endurance
C&W = Cardio & Weights
IMAX 2 = Interval Max 2
PLB = Pyramid Lower Body
PUB = Pyramid Upper Body
Body Blast Series (BB):
PP = Push & Pull
SS = Supersets
KPC = Kick, Punch & Crunch
L&G = Legs & Glutes
SJP = Step, Jump & Pump
SB = Step Blast
MIS = Maximum Intensity Strength
MIC = Maximum Intensity Cardio
PH = Power Hour
BM = Body Max
RS = Rhythmic Step
CK = Cardio Kicks
CM = Circuit Max
S&H = Slow & Heavy

That was an excellent list by faiza. I remember when I first started with Cathe, I thought there is no way I would be able to do her rotations, remember abbreviations, etc. but now it has become old hand. It will for you too Sarah.
