Good Afternoon Ladies!
Sorry for posting so late. I didn't have a very good weekend. Our dog, Sam, died yesterday morning and DH and I are having a really tough time. He's been with us for 12 years and it was a real shock. Thankfully, he died in his sleep.
I'm combining weeks 10 and 11 of ETK so I did last Wednesday's workout today:
5 ladders, 4 rungs of clean & press and chinups. C&Ps - 25#
Chinups:
Ladder 1: 1; 2; 3; 4
Ladder 2: 1; 2; 3; 4
Ladder 3: 1; 2; 3; 3 & 3/4-1
Ladder 4: 1; 2; 3; 3 & 3/4-1
Ladder 5: 1; 2; 3; 3 & 3/4-1
Swings:
5 cycles of 50 reps/20 secs. rest for 7 mins. - 25# - First time doing 250 swings!
Deanie - Congratulations on making it to the homestretch! I'll be doing the happy dance right along with you next week. I hope you had a good day back at work. Does school finish in May or June for you? Great job on the snatches!
Farmer - Congratulations on making it through Drill Max! Although I'm not one for basic choreography, I love Drill Max cardio.
Gayle - Sounds like your yard is coming together very nicely. Yard work definitley is a workout!
