Deanie – That was a hard set of swings...15 seconds isn’t much rest. ITA that when you have a big number set like 50 that it’s easy to let it affect you mentally. Hope your blister heals up for you today.
Farmer – Great job with your swings! Tell your husband he doesn’t know what he’s talking about where workouts are concerned. I see plenty of half-assed workouts at the gym.
Andilynn – Hope you had fun with STS!

Jane – I loved the mish-mosh you posted. Did you name the Barfie? Hope you had a good run yesterday.
I’m currently at a two-day seminar, so didn’t get to work out yesterday. I’m going to do some Tabata squats, pushups and situps in my hotel room this morning.
My gym workout on Tuesday was:
3 rounds
10 burpees
20 situps
Then I did a 5x5 set of barbell overhead squats with just the oly bar.
Then power cleans. I worked up to 5x3 sets at 90lbs. I’m still feeling these a little in my shoulders and traps.
