Oh I so wish Cathe would dive into kettlebells, too!
My favorite kettlebell workouts have been
-Lauren Brooks Volume 1
-RKS (a system- 16 shortish (no more than 30 min) workouts. Basic but good and versatile)
-Paul Katami's Burn and Build (can only use a light bell, though...this is the one workout I can get some use out of my 10 lb bell!)
-Kettlebell Kickboxing (and hopefully the new ones when they come out!)
-I like the Cardio Kettlebell workout that came with the DeltaFit system, although I wouldn't buy the system just for that workout. I traded some of those dvds and kept others but rarely use them.
)
I used to like Bob Harper's two kettlebell workouts but the last few times I did those I got frustrated by the disorganized mess they seemed to be. I never noticed it when I was new to dvds, but he is all over the place...almost like he is making it up as he goes along
He even forgets reps on one side so you are uneven in the cardio one.
Whatever you do don't buy Kettleworx!
Awful, awful set.
I really really want to get the Skogg system some day. Of course, a lot of people on VF would say I should have started there! lol
I guess it has great instruction and is a really good introduction to kettlebells.
I just saw your edit...
The Paul workout I use the rebounder with is his new one Bootcamp 4x4x2 and I use it for a few of the high impact moves. He has this one section that is basically non-stop tuck jumps!
I stay on the rebounder during that whole section for those babies.
