Good Morning Everyone. It is Friday :)!

I did 1 segment of Core Max yesterday. Is it me or is that 1st segment the hardest? Today I did 3 rounds of The Pinnacle.

Lioness- You did 4 rounds of Newport and Firepower? Wow!

Marcy- Don't feel like a wimp. I only have 15 and 20# kettlebells.

Deanie- Sounds like the bar mitzvah is coming together. Your new plan sounds like it will be more personalized and memorable.

Andilynn- I have ADD times 20.

Good Morning Farmer and all who follow!!

Today is a rest day. I was hoping to do stretch max 1 and 3 (which I may try and get to later today) but I was up late last night playing mahjong and there was no way I was getting up early today:eek::)

Farmer~ Core Max #1 is great! and yes, I think its hard, but I think the tough abs premix is the hardest!! What is pinnacle?

Andilynn~ Isn't Santa Monica fun with the ropes!!!? love that workout!

Jane~ great workout the other day with newport,firepower, aand the rest. WTG with the 44#kb swings! Don't you feel so strong swinging that weight??

Gayle~ How'd the deadlifts go?

Marcy~ 50 swings and a leg workout!!?:eek: You go girl!! By the way, its only 2 more months of ETK!! whew! I don't want to do 3 more months!!! I'm not even sure I want to do Saturdays workout!!:confused:

Deanie- Pinnacle is one of the workouts on the second disk of the Kettlebell Clinic. There are 6 rounds. There is also another workout that has 4 rounds.
 
Good Morning!

I started out with my pullups this morning:

Goal: 3, 3, 2, 3, 3
Completed: 3; 2& 3/4; 2; 1, 3/4-1 and 3/4; and 1, 3/4-1 and 1/2

Then I did 4DS Kickbox. I like that this one seems to have an equal amount of punches and kicks.

Then I did my TGUs - 7 on each side with 25#.

Deanie - I guess when I was looking at the program, I saw 12 weeks and forgot we had already gone through 4. Thanks for the reminder! You made me feel a whole lot better! I hope you get Stretch Max in today.

Farmer - I guess Core Max 1 is the hardest because of the levitation holds but 3 is a tough one too. I agree with Deanie though- the Tough Core Premix is probably the toughest. It's got it all.

Happy Friday! Today is a rest day for me and last nite I pulled out a oldie but goodie, Power Max! I enjoy all of Cathe's step workouts even the old ones! I added on the medicine ball abs from STS , I didn't start my 1rm tests though:( , I need to get on the ball!
Maybe I'll try to get a couple done today!

Deadlifts went up nicely last night at 160lbs. I have no idea what I'm doing tonight...but will *try* to start with some TGUs...they need work.

I am going for a run today. It's warm and sunny!! :cool:

Farmer - I did the first 4 rounds of Newport. For some reason I wasn't feelin' it so I put in Firepower instead. I love Core Max.

Deanie - Enjoy your rest day. I have stretch max but I have never done it. I don't like stretching. I was so stoked to do 15 swings with my 44# bell. When I first got it in August I couldn't even do 1 swing and 15 felt pretty good. I'm going for 20 next week.

Marcy - Good job on the TGUs with 25#. I really struggle on them. I need to do them more often but I'm lazy when it comes to TGUs.

Andilynn - I have barely cracked open STS and although I do want to do my 1rms. I just don't have that much time. I wish I had more time to workout.
