Hi Laura!

I plan on doing Body Training on Sundays, STS upper body on Monday & Fridays and the STS lower body w/out on Wednesdays. I'm using the cardio workouts during the week as my cardio on 2 days (they are nice and short, 30 minutes). On my 1st week of rest I plan on doing Muscle Definition on that Wednesday just so I can try it! :) This is for the 1st Meso cycle rotation. I haven't planned the rotations for Meso 2 & 3 yet.

I love that Kelley keeps to her filming and shipping schedule. She said she'd hoped to ship by Labor Day, and she made it! (Though the bad news is that because of Labor Day, we'll get these a day later than we usually would!)
 
I recently bought her 30 minute kickbox and bootcamp dvd's and I have to say that she is wonderful. She is intense and her workouts are so much fun. My heart rate stays up there and it is nice to have some variety. I also just ordered all her new ones. I am so excited that they are shipping already. I highly recommend her to anyone thinking of giving her a try. I really like that she has the 55 minute premixes on her dvd's. It is a great calorie burn!

First Timer Review

I received my preorder yesterday and, of course, I had to try it. I've never done any of her workouts before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I did the 'athletic' step workout for my cardio. I chose the 41min premix with the plyo in between the step work.

I started off thinking - piece of cake. Then she added in the 'extra' stuff (much of which I modified due to impact). I managed to work up a sweat for sure. :D

Compared to Cathe: Choreography certainly easier. Not as much of a 'puke' factor as with Cathe plyo. Could be the premix choice and this workout only as I have nothing else to measure (compared to my huge Cathe collection lol) I also missed the Cathe 'gang'. While I appreciated the modifier I felt Kelly was in a class by herself (vs Cathe's group at her level)

That said I did really like the workout. You can work as hard as you want. It's a good length to fit into a busy day. I like the 'athletic' part of it (a lot of kickbox type moves) but I kind of missed some of the 'dancy' stuff ;) I've not tried the second DVD as it's a total body workout and I'm in the middle of a 6month STS rotation.

I would definitely recommend and will probably purchase more.
 
I received mine last nite and previewed the muscle definition one it looks tough but doable started to watch the cardio one but needed to go to bed.
 
I received my DVD's yesterday as well. I did Body Training (standing and floorwork) this morning and it was fun!!

I like that I can take this DVD on vacation and don't have to use the hotel's fitness center, just a towel in the room.

Tomorrow I'll do Plyo and Muscle Definition.
