Kelly Coffey Anybody?

wonderwoman

I just went over to Collage Video and saw that she had a few 30 minute workout. I was thinking of purchasing a few. Does anyone own these? Is so how are they? Are they worth a shot? Thanks guys for any info....

I have 30 mins to Kickboxing and really like it, I have her 3 new ones and plan on making a rotation up for next month using only her workouts.

I have the Kickboxing and Bootcamp workouts. They are great! Takes a couple of times doing the workout to get the moves down, but if you go through the tutorial it makes it much easier. Kelly will tell you what she is going to do, and then in the right corner there is a little window that pops up that demo's what she is talking about. Some combos can be a bit confusing. For the kickboxing I am able to use weighted gloves, for a more intense workout. Her Bootcamp is very similar to Cathe's 4DS Bootcamp, but you get two 30 min. workouts plus premix combinations. I plan on getting her other three workouts at some point.

I have her new Cardio Blast DVD which has 2 workouts: Athletic Step and Plyo. They are fun, but the intensity level is a few notches below Cathe. Even her longest premix (49 minutes) was not that hard. I would rate the DVD intermediate. Her stepping style is a little hard for me to catch on at first (I don't ever preview), but the workout will be good for a day when I don't feel like working too hard.

Oh wow. I would love to get all 6 of her 30 minute workout dvd's. But they are $20 each. Maybe I'll just get 2 for now...

Kelly's 30 minute series are all winners. They are very versatile on premixes and some have really great bonuses. In 30 minutes weights you have 3 different active rest options between weight training sets - floor abs, standing abs (she is superb at standing abs) or low impact cardio. Kickbox has a neat kick-box themed ab workout and bootcampo has a really luxurious stretch. Her workouts are packed to the gills - not a moment is wasted. She keeps changing what you do so there is no time to be bored. Her moves are really fun - cardio or strength training. I highly recommend trying out Kelly.

I highly recommend her! I think her workouts are tough! They are not all as tough as Cathe's, but definitley intense enough to get a great workout. I love her bootcamp dvd and her kickbox dvd. NYC is also a really good full body endurance/strength workout. I have all of them, and I can't say a bad thing about one of them. Go for it!

I LOVE HER!!!!!!! I have all the 30 minute workouts and they are fabulous. They challenge me (but not in a oh wow I'm going to pass out IMAX/Drill Max kind of way, LOL), you can go with 30 minutes and feel worked out, do both workouts for a 60 minute workout, and she included premixes!! Lots of bang for your buck!

I'm so glad to hear all the good reviews of these workouts! I got the 30 minute bootcamp in the mail today! :)

Well, I finally got to try these and......I love them great workout for when you are short on time but still want to feel like you worked out! I went ahead and ordered a couple of her other videos. Something to do while I'm waiting for STS cardio:)

I just received an email from fitnessfly.com that they have Kelly's Kickbox and Bootcamp DVDs on sale for $17.99, with s/h @ $2.99 per DVD or free if you order 2 or more.

Hope this is of use to someone,

Clare
