Good morning ladies!! It is ONE degree here in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia! Veerrryyyyyyy cold!

I'm so excited for my treadmill tonight!! GarageMAX went well -- we've pretty much done all we can do until Sunday when Chris is going to take the pickup with loads of trash, stuff for storage, and stuff for Goodwill. I hope to run Monday morning!:D

Today I am doing cardio and LB floorwork. I'll report back after my workout!

WO was the original IMAX, 55:57 mins, 416 cals, HR 145/174. Then I did GS Legs floor work, about another 35 mins and 100 cals, didn't write it down. I need a shower!!

I did not feel like w/o today but now I'm going do some cardio step machine 45 and the core work that I did not do y-day. My inner thighs have so much DOMS no swinging today.

Eats y-day was 80%...I ate some 4 cookies around bedtime.

I wish we had an ikea out here. What are you buying?

quick drive by here. great run this am - 7.5 miles. also did 3 ets of pull ups. question fro you guys that did ff's dec rotation - why do back and bis 2'x this week? i think it is back and bis, then c, t, s, then back and bis again. yesterday's eats were okay, but i nibbled a bit too much in the evening. kept it clean, though. today will be the christening,. and my eats will be squeaky!

katie, yeah on the treadmill. i have a viison fitness treadmill. i got it from a workout store. it is a stripped down model, but the parts are really good. i needed something to hold up for higher mileage.

Hey everyone,

Ended up being a busy day and really did not want to workout. I ended up just doing 4DS HIS and it was good enough. I still got in six days this week and that was my goal. Plus, since it started with BM2, I figure, I can't go wrong. Plus, tomorrow is drill max so I didn't feel the need to overdo it.

Ikea was OK. We go there way too much. Today we bought a picture for our bedroom wall, some candles, vases, and a small clock. We'll be back though. Need some plants and such.

Kate, great WO! Enjoy the bday parties! I love 3 months old too. I can't believe she's 3 months old already! It goes by so fast!

Katie, happy treadmill day! Have fun! Great WO today too! A marathon one for sure!

Robin, LOL about your kids and the infomercial - I've never seen a Cathe infomercial. :)

DH is sick today so it has thrown my schedule off a little. I did BM2 this morning, some errands, some bills and cleaning. Eats have been clean but I am not sure about dinner yet.

Angie, good job on squeezing a workout in. Weekends are always tough because we are off schedule.

colleen, i love bm2 good luck with dinner.

eats have been fantastic today! breakfast was oatmeal, snack was fruit and cottage cheese and a few soynuts, and lunch was turkey, fruit and veg. i had maybe 7 or 8 m and m's, but otherwise i am in good shape. the christening went well and things are settling down. i cannot wait for the quiet of my bed. tomorrow i am running again, doing abs, and hoping to do 4ds back and bis 2 times. we will see if i get that done! bbl
 
Checking in from the iPhone, on the way to get the treadmill (it's an hour drive) and then dinner at TGIFridays -- chris loves their burgers.

Morris, you amaze me with all your running and then you lift for an hour. Crazy!

Not a whole lot of excitement around here today. Had pancakes for breakfast and the girls painted and now are "quietly" playing in their toy room while I do laundry and such.

DM some time today... gotta get it done!

My HR monitor tells me I burned almost 3000 calories this week. I know I can't focus too much on that but it's still fun anyway.

Hey Angie, DM is a toughie!! 3000 cals is a LOT! I burn about half of that a week, but that's because I lift as many days as I do cardio (and the scale is still going down.....have I convinced you to try GS yet??:D)

Well, today is my rest day, but I am TOO EXCITED to rest and I think I am heading down for a little run/walk on my new baby in a minute!! It was a breeze to set up -- took about 45 minutes or so. It's so pretty, I love it!

Sorry no check-in yesterday. Friday was a late night-but only 2 beers;) I did workout though-4DS KB/Legs/Abs and I am sore today! I think I like doing my cardio on separate days and definitely after weights. Went to a b-day party last night in a snowstorm. I did ok on the eats. Today will be 4DS Shoulders/Bis/Tris.

Angie, nice job on DM! That is one heck of a workout!

well, last day of guests, and i am done!! bad night with kids last night - up with aidan from 12-2, then again at 4, then at 5. so, i had talked myself into going back to sleep and skipping my run, but i could not sleep:mad: i did run, and that felt grea. also did me abs. still ho[ing to lift later, but we will see. i hate how tired i am, though, but i cannot nap very well.

Angie that is a nice mix of GS and 4DS. That looks fun. I love GS also, it spikes up your heart rate b/c of the heavy weights. Have you decided to use heavy or med weights? No that wasn't Cathe infomercial it was TurboJam. My DS said that looks like Cathe and my DD corrected him and then WWIII broke out.:rolleyes:
