I don't really click with Kelly's style of cardio. I viewed this once and it is on my trade list. Kelly has an athletic style of cardio, totally different than what I like. This one has vertical and horizontal step. I would say the workout is moderate in complexity, fairly easy to pick up. I don't think she had many turns, if any. Kelly moves at a fairly quick pace. I don't remember if she does it in this workout, but in Stepboxing (the first one), she had a lot of step taps to change feet which got real annoying. OTOH, I have read many reviews where people loved it. It all depends of what kind of style you like. I'm more into Cathe, Patrick, Seasun, Christi, Rob type of step workouts.
