KB DVD's at Target, too?

Yes Marcia, they do! They have a 15# KtB by Gofit (cute lil' red one) and 2 diff Volumes of the Iron Core Way. (Vol 1 & Vol 2) If I remember correctly, the workouts are $15.00 each. I think you need to shoot over to Target! :7

Deb has the two Iron Core DVD's, so she might be able to give you more info about them.
As for the Go Fit KB's themselves that they carry at Target, they're really great! Just be sure to check the handles a bit to make sure that they don't have any rough edges or bits. I wear my weight gloves during my KB workouts, but you still want the handles to be nice and smooth!

I know the KB's are all over. I bought KB's then returned them b/c I wouldn't drop the $50.00 for the KB workouts I wanted. Now that Amy Bento is using KB's and coming out with KB workouts, I'm thinking of buying KB's again....LOL!
The DVD's I purchased at Target (Iron Core the Kettlebell Way Volumes 1 & 2) are good for someone brand new to KB's but I quickly got bored with them.

I have IC Vol 1 & 2...Personally, I like #2 better. I think either makes for a good introduction to kettlebelling, but I agree with the point that you would probably be ready to move beyond that fairly quickly. (That being said, I do still dust off #2 now and then.) But the Art of Strength DVDs are the best, IMO.
