WHOA! And all this time I thought Kathryn was just a "ghost" (for lack of a better word) behind a monitor. So glad to match a face and a body -- and a Star Trek dude -- with a name.:)

I second (third?) what everyone else is asking for--Pics that show off all your hard work! Why have it if you don't flaunt it? :)

Seeing what can come of a clean, vegan lifestyle might even have some of us thinking about OUR diets.
