Congratulations! Thanks for letting me know what you think about these workouts. Regarding your question, I'm probably not a good one to ask. I did exercise of some sort all my life until I was about 25, and then stopped for about 10 years, during which time I had my two boys. I also don't have P90X, so I can't comment on that. I guess I would just say start slow, whatever you do. The first three TLPs (core foundation, etc) required a lot of core strength, and it sounds like the new ones do also. If your core is feeling weak from the pregnancy, I would say start with either Cathe or possibly P90X, and just start light with your weights, until you can tell what you can handle. Again, I didn't get back to working out until a year after my second one was born, so I don't know how quickly you can get into serious exercise.
