Kathryn,
I received my Core Foundations dvd last night, previewed it, and did it this morning. I thought it looked very cool watching it, and I think I enjoyed it. I know some people have said that they didn't exactly know how to do the moves. I felt like I knew how, but I think I need to do it again to decide what I think. I'm curious as to how I'll feel tomorrow, physically also.
I know that I did get worked out though--my face was red afterwards, which usually only happens with intense cardio or weight work. I had seen the one legged ball roll-ins in a magazine, and was curious as to whether I could do them. I did(!), but they were tough, and I'm sure my form needs some work. Oh, and those side planks with the ball, I had to stay propped on my elbow for those (I fell off the ball when I tried to straighten my arm).
I have two questions for you. One is regarding the dvd itself. Mine said it has bonus material, but it's really just the credits, with some film from the workouts (I think maybe the other workouts). Maybe Cathe has spoiled us to much--I don't think of the credits as a bonus, and I'm sure the people who made the video don't! Is your dvd like that also?
Secondly, have you worked this into a rotation? I'm trying to figure out how I could do that.
I lied, I have another (couple) of questions. How are you doing with this now that you have had it a while? Have you tried the other workouts? Do you still have the same impression of #2?
Thanks, as always!
