I have this tape and love it. It's not as much of an all-out sweat fest as a Cathe tape, but it's very fun. If you enjoy complex choreography with many turns, you'll like this workout.
She does a total of 4 combinations. She teaches the first 2 and you do them in succession, then she teaches the last 2 and you do all 4 in succession 3 times through.
The cuing is right on, even during the turns. She always tells you which foot you should be on. I catch on to choreography pretty quickly, but not the first time through (it took me 3 tries to get the footwork on LowMax down), Hot Steps took about 3 or 4 tries to get it all.
I don't have any Christi Taylor or Seasun so I don't know how it compares to them.
This is an intermediate workout for me, but the fun factor is so high that I do it regularly.
