Kari Anderson Hot Steps

Does anyone have this?
Could you tell me how it compares to Cathe, or Christi Taylor or Seasun Zeiger step workouts?
Is it advanced? Dancy or more athletic? Does she keep adding on or do different combos?

Thanks.:)

I have this tape and love it. It's not as much of an all-out sweat fest as a Cathe tape, but it's very fun. If you enjoy complex choreography with many turns, you'll like this workout.

She does a total of 4 combinations. She teaches the first 2 and you do them in succession, then she teaches the last 2 and you do all 4 in succession 3 times through.

The cuing is right on, even during the turns. She always tells you which foot you should be on. I catch on to choreography pretty quickly, but not the first time through (it took me 3 tries to get the footwork on LowMax down), Hot Steps took about 3 or 4 tries to get it all.

I don't have any Christi Taylor or Seasun so I don't know how it compares to them.

This is an intermediate workout for me, but the fun factor is so high that I do it regularly.

Thanks so much for the quick response!! It sounds like something I'd like too!:D
I love step and always am looking for new ones so I don't get bored.

I appreciate the help.:D

You're very welcome! Kari is my second favorite instructor, after Cathe. I have several of her work outs and I like them all.

You might also check out www.videofitness.com. That site has video reviews that are written by actual at-home exercisers. That's where I first found Cathe. Enjoy!
