I read on the internet where she was speaking about food etc...and she says she doesn't eat any bread or things like that. Lots of protein, lots of veg. I also read that she said she trys and makes her food as bland and boring as possible as to not want to eat much of it! Sounds healthy! I honestly think that she is someone that doesn't get much joy out of eating. I think of late that Karen has gained some body fat (which is a good thing) as in her older workouts she was soooooo lean that i doubt very much if she ever had a period.
