Has she ever told anyone what her diet/workout routine is? She is SO lean! I'm really curious. Granted, I know alot of it has to do with genetics but still, she's doing something right!
 
I read on the internet where she was speaking about food etc...and she says she doesn't eat any bread or things like that. Lots of protein, lots of veg. I also read that she said she trys and makes her food as bland and boring as possible as to not want to eat much of it! Sounds healthy! I honestly think that she is someone that doesn't get much joy out of eating. I think of late that Karen has gained some body fat (which is a good thing) as in her older workouts she was soooooo lean that i doubt very much if she ever had a period.
 
IIRC, Karen was a ballet dancer before she became a fitness instructor/personal trainer and would have followed a comparatively strict diet and fitness program for a substantial part of her life. My guess is that she kept up the routine to make sure her body would bear up to the inevitable scrutiny all fitness instructors seem to be under, when she stopped dancing the ballet and started helping people to get fit.

I prefer her as she is now too.
