First Cathe workout ever?!? Boy, are you in for some pain! }( Nothing you've done before can possibly prepare you for Cathe!
If you like strength work, I'd start with Muscle Max for a good idea of what an all-over strength workout is like (although I have to warn you, it's not as intense as some of Cathe's other strength/endurance vids, like Power Hour or Maximum Intensity Strength or --gasp!--That-Which-Must-Not-Be-Named--Leaner Legs.) It's a good place to start before she really kicks your patootie.
If cardio is your thing, I'd give Low Max a try. It's a fabulous workout, but it is not typical Cathe, either. It's challenging, but unlike Cathe's other step vids, it's very low impact. This will give you a chance to get some of the choreography down before attempting something like IMAX 3 or High Step Challenge, both of which certainly must be "max" by anybody's standards.
And remember, most people have to work up to this stuff. Unless you're already in superb physical condition, you may struggle. Personally, I've been working out five years, and I STILL can't complete an IMAX (insert hanging-head-in-shame smilie here). However, I should probably mention that I'm 43, smoked 3 packs a day until about 7 years ago, and recently lost 130 pounds, so I have a few self-imposed challenges to overcome.
